The problem
Governance becomes difficult long before an organisation becomes large.
Policies, procedures, guidance, reviews and evidence rarely exist independently. A change in one place can create work somewhere else.
For smaller organisations, maintaining that picture can mean spreadsheets, shared folders, calendars and knowledge held by individual people.
Cairn is being designed to bring those pieces together without requiring an enterprise-scale quality management system.
